Board of Directors

The Pohnpei State Housing Board of Directors is composed of five members who are appointed by the Governor the advice and consent of the Legislature. The Executive Director serves as an ex-officio member. The Board is responsible overseeing the overall business affairs and establishing financial objectives of the authority, which are then implemented by the management and staff.
